President's Message

Welcome to the Iowa Professional Firefighters Association (IPFF). As the president of this esteemed association, it is my honor and privilege to represent the brave men and women who put their lives on the line every day to keep our communities safe.

Our mission at IPFF is clear and resolute: to advocate for the safety, rights, and welfare of our firefighters while ensuring that our firefighters have the tools they need to keep all of us safe. We stand committed to providing our members with access to the best training, equipment, and support necessary to perform their duties safely and effectively.

The role of a firefighter extends beyond the frontline of fire and emergency response. We are an integral part of the community, dedicated to educating the public about fire safety and prevention. Our commitment to community service reflects our belief in the value of engagement and prevention as key tools in safeguarding our neighborhoods.

Unity and camaraderie form the cornerstone of our association. Together, we are stronger, and our unified voice is crucial in advocating for positive legislative changes that benefit not only firefighters, but also the communities we serve.

I am immensely proud of the work we do and the dedication shown by our members every day. It is an honor to serve as your president, and I am committed to upholding the values and objectives of the IPFF, ensuring that we continue to make a significant impact both within the firefighting community and beyond.
